Privacy
What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read rather than to cover us — if anything here is unclear, ask and we'll fix the wording.
Who we are
The basics

What we collect
If you register interest: your email address, which product you selected, the region you chose, the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, and the date and time you registered and confirmed.
If you contact us: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message.
Automatically, with either: a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not store your IP address. It is hashed with a secret key the moment it arrives, which lets us spot repeated abuse without ever holding the address itself — and the hash cannot be reversed back into an IP.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Consent — for the launch emails. You tick an unticked box and then click a link in a confirmation email. You are not on the list until you do both.
- Legitimate interests — for replying to enquiries you send us, and for the hashed IP and spam checks that keep the forms usable.
How long we keep it
- Registered and confirmed: until you unsubscribe, or until three years after we last email you.
- Registered but never confirmed: automatically deleted after 30 days. If you didn't confirm, you didn't consent, so we don't keep it.
- Enquiries: two years, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off.
- Abuse-prevention records: 24 hours.
Sharing
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. Ever.
It is stored and processed by Cloudflare, who host this site, the database and the email sending. They are our processor, acting on our instructions.
That is the entire list. There is no analytics provider, no advertising pixel, and no CRM.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind.
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks you're not a bot without the puzzles and without profiling you across sites.
If we ever add analytics, this page changes first and you'll get a cookie banner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop using it. Email us and we'll do it within one month, usually the same week.
Unsubscribing is instant — every email has a one-click link, no login, no "are you sure" maze.
If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd rather you told us first so we can put it right.
