Accessories
Everything here either changes what the fire can do, or keeps the thing you bought working for thirty years. Nothing on this page exists to pad an order.
Cooking tools & grates
Cooking tools & grates
The things that change what the fire can do. Highest-value additions to an oven or a grill, and the ones we get asked for most.
Cast iron plancha
Half-width solid plate. Eggs, prawns, onions, anything that falls through a grate.
Cordierite baking stone
Turns an oven into a pizza and bread oven. 15mm, thermal-shock rated.
Spare V-grate section
Parrilla only. Run two, swap mid-cook, clean at your leisure.
Asado cross
Freestanding iron cross for lamb, porchetta or a side of salmon beside the fire.
Hanging hook set, six
Stainless, for the parrilla rail. Ribs, chorizo, whole birds.
Rotisserie kit
Motorised spit for the 80 and 80 Cabinet. Fits the existing rack rails.
Long tongs and grate lifter
900mm, stainless, properly balanced. Not the flimsy set in the box.
Care & protection
Care & protection
Unglamorous and the reason your oven still looks right in ten years. Every wear part is held in the UK for a minimum of ten years from the date we stop selling the model.
Weatherproof cover
Cut for your exact model. One is included; this is the spare.
Cleaning kit
Brass brush, scraper, food-safe degreaser, stainless polish.
Ash rake and shovel
Long-handled, stainless. The single most-used tool you'll own.
Replacement door gasket
Ovens only. Change it every three to four seasons.
Replacement cooking grate
Ovens, 430 stainless. Priced sensibly, forever.
Touch-up paint, 200ml
High-temperature, matched to all four colours.
Fire-starting & smoking
Fire-starting & smoking
Getting it lit properly and putting flavour into it. None of this is expensive and all of it makes a noticeable difference.
Chimney starter
Stainless, 2kg capacity. Lit charcoal in twelve minutes, no fluid, no taste.
Natural wool firelighters, 60
Wax-dipped wool. No paraffin, no smell, they work damp.
Oak smoking chunks, 5kg
Kiln-dried English oak. The default, and the one to start with.
Beech smoking chunks, 5kg
Milder and sweeter. Better on pork, chicken and fish.
Cherry smoking chunks, 5kg
Fruitwood, mild, gives good colour. Excellent on poultry.
Heatproof gloves
Aramid, 400°C rated, elbow length. You will use these constantly.
Spares
Held for ten years,
minimum
Every wear part — gaskets, grates, ash trays, cables, castors, cover clips — is stocked in the UK for at least ten years after we stop selling the model, and priced to be replaced rather than to punish you for needing one.
If you break something that isn't listed here, ring us. We would much rather post you a £12 part than have you write off a £3,250 oven.
Fitting
What needs
a tool
- Planchas, stones, grates and hooks — drop straight in, nothing to fit
- Rotisserie kit — two bolts, ten minutes, instructions in the box
- Door gaskets — twenty minutes and a flat screwdriver
- Anything you'd rather not do yourself, we'll talk you through on video
